Free accounts

Paid subscriptions

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your billing page, account settings, or by contacting support. When a paid subscription is cancelled:
- we will stop future renewal charges after the cancellation is processed;
- your paid features may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless your account is terminated for breach, fraud, chargeback risk or legal reasons;
- cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current or past billing periods; and
- your account may move to a free plan or limited-access state at the end of the paid period.
