When you request a refund or raise a billing dispute, we may use your billing records, transaction reference, subscription status and support communications to assess and resolve the request.

We use carefully selected third-party service providers to operate TrackMinder, including providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email, analytics, logging, security, support and infrastructure. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.

If TrackMinder is used by a business, team or organisation, that customer may be responsible for deciding what personal information is entered into TrackMinder. Where required, TrackMinder may make a Data Processing Addendum available to business customers so that controller/processor, service-provider or similar obligations are documented appropriately.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate TrackMinder, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, payment processing, customer support, security and professional advisers.
