TrackMinder helps users record and manage renewals, subscriptions, recurring payments, important dates and reminder preferences. TrackMinder is a reminder and organisation tool. It is not a financial adviser, legal adviser, insurance adviser, tax adviser, compliance provider or payment-obligation management service.

You remain responsible for verifying your renewal dates, payment obligations, contract terms, billing arrangements, supplier notices and any actions required before or after a reminder.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to create a paid TrackMinder account unless a parent, guardian or authorised representative agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

If you create or manage an account for a company, team or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our proven failure to use reasonable security measures.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use TrackMinder to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
• interfere with the security, availability or performance of TrackMinder;
• send spam, phishing, abusive or deceptive content;
• reverse engineer or misuse the service except where allowed by law; or
• use TrackMinder in a way that could damage our users, systems, reputation or business.

You own the information you enter into your account, including reminder titles, descriptions, categories and settings. You give TrackMinder permission to host, process and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.

We aim to send reminders reliably, but we cannot guarantee that every email, notification or calendar view will be delivered, displayed or acted on at the exact intended time. Delivery may be affected by email providers, spam filtering, connectivity, device settings, timezone settings, incorrect reminder details, third-party services, outages or other factors outside our control.

You should not rely on TrackMinder as your only method for critical legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance or safety deadlines.

Some features may be offered under paid plans. Prices, currencies, taxes, plan features and billing intervals will be shown before purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments may be processed by Paystack or another payment provider. By paying, you authorise the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, renewals, taxes and charges.

Prices may be displayed in a selected currency, but your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, card fees, taxes or other charges outside TrackMinder’s control. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or similar amounts that apply to your subscription, unless TrackMinder is legally required to collect and remit them.

If a price, currency, tax amount or billing interval is clearly displayed incorrectly because of a technical or administrative error, we may correct the error, reverse the incorrect transaction where appropriate, or contact you before continuing the subscription.

Cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy . Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy . Billing disputes are handled under our Dispute Policy .

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you cannot legally waive under applicable consumer protection law.

TrackMinder may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring, authentication, payment processing and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we choose providers that are appropriate for the service.

The TrackMinder name, branding, website design, software, code, layouts, copy, graphics, workflows and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or create derivative services from TrackMinder except where we expressly permit it or where the law allows it.

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of TrackMinder. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we may perform maintenance, deploy changes, fix security issues or respond to operational events without prior notice where needed.

You may stop using TrackMinder at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, create risk for other users or systems, or if we are required to do so by law or a payment provider.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrackMinder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reminders, exact notification delivery, or that the service will meet every particular requirement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to TrackMinder will be limited to the amount you paid to TrackMinder in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires a different amount.

TrackMinder is operated from South Africa and is made available online. You are responsible for confirming that your use of TrackMinder is lawful in the country, state or region where you access the service.

These Terms are intended to apply globally, but nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer, privacy, digital-service, e-commerce or payment rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to you. If mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

TrackMinder may restrict access, decline transactions, suspend accounts or stop providing the service in a country or region where providing the service would create legal, tax, regulatory, sanctions, payment-processing, security or operational risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer law in another jurisdiction applies.
